Terms of Service
TOKVPN ("the Service") is operated by BIEL LLC ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. What the Service is
TOKVPN gives you a private connection that routes your device's internet traffic through a US home internet connection assigned to your subscription. Each connection is assigned to one customer at a time and is not shared with other customers while your subscription is active.
2. Account and access
Your account is created automatically when you complete checkout. You sign in with a link sent to your email address; there is no password. Keep your connection key private. Anyone who has your key can use your connection, and activity on it is treated as yours.
3. Billing
- The Service is billed in advance at the price shown at checkout, per connection, on the billing interval you select there (monthly or yearly).
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same billing interval until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Service continues until the end of the paid period; no further charges are made after that.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You may use the Service for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to:
- break the law in the United States or in the country you are in;
- send spam, run bots or automation at scale, scrape, or attack, probe or overload any network or service;
- harass, defraud, or impersonate others, or distribute malware or illegal content;
- resell, share or sublicense your connection to other people or businesses.
We may suspend or terminate a subscription that violates these rules, without refund, and we may report unlawful activity to the authorities where required.
5. Third-party platforms
TOKVPN is an independent service. We are not affiliated with TikTok, Instagram, Meta, Google or any other platform. Using a VPN may be restricted by the terms of the platforms you use, and platforms decide on their own how they treat accounts. We do not guarantee any particular outcome on any platform, including reach, visibility, account standing or the absence of restrictions. You are responsible for how you use your accounts.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. If the home connection assigned to you stops working, we replace it; your key stays the same. We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIEL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost data or account restrictions on third-party platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
