Refund Policy
We want TOKVPN to work for you. If it doesn't, we give your money back.
7-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy for any reason, email hello@biel.llc from the address you purchased with within 7 days of your first payment. We refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment of a new subscription.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Your connection stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Payments for periods already started are not refunded after the 7-day window, except as described below.
If something breaks on our side
If your connection stops working and we can't fix or replace it within a reasonable time, we refund the unused part of your current period. Just email us.
Exceptions
We don't refund subscriptions that were terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
